Résumé

A single specimen (219.6 mm in standard length) of East Asian fourfinger threadfin (Perciformes: Polynemidae), Eleutheronema rhadinum(Jordan& Evermann, 1902), was captured with gillnet in Yangtze River estuary near Yangzhong County, Zhenjiang, China, on 30 October 2018. It is the first record of E. rhadinumin freshwaters of the Yangtze River Estuary.
