Résumé

Individuals from 4 different Senegalese sole (Solea senegalensis) broodstock groups (3 captivity-reared and one wild) were genotyped using 8 loci microsatellite. Two of the captivity-reared stocks genetically exhibited no significant difference and appeared to be predominantly siblings and half siblings from two families. The third captivityreared and wild stock exhibited higher levels of genetic variation and appeared to be genetically significantly different populations. The implications for broodstock management are highlighted.
