Résumé

The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of low- (Delor 103) and high-chlorinated (Delor 106) biphenyl mixtures on common carp sperm motility. Using computer-assisted sperm analysis it was found that both Delor 103 and Delor 106 significantly decreased (p < 0,05) VCL, VAP and VSL velocities of carp sperm. The results suggest that PCBs influence the final phase of reproduction in fish affecting spermatozoa motility.
