Résumé

The fishes collected during the Biaçores research expedition on board R/V Jean Charcot, in October/November 1971, were studied and a list of stations given. In all, 861 specimens, belonging to 98 species and 48 families from 79 stations, seven of which in the high seas and 72 around or on the coast of the islands of the Azores, were identified. The presence of Rajella bathyphila(Holt & Byrne, 1908) and Arnoglossus imperialis(Rafinesque, 1810) is here confirmed.
