Résumé

Female rainbow trout were induced to ovulate by GnRHa. Half of the eggs of each female was collected and inseminated on ovulation day (I-D0) and the other half a week later (I-D7). Fry survival was significantly better in I-D7 than in I-D0 offspring. Moreover, a high percentage of triploid fry (65 to 90%) was observed in I-D0 offspring from some females, whereas no triploid fry was observed anymore in I-D7 offspring from the same females.
