Résumé

Recombinant Gonadotropin Hormone II beta of the Grouper (rgGtH IIb) was produced in insect Sf9 cells by the baculovirus system. It was observed to stimulate the secretion of testosterone and estradiol-17b from the gonads. When injected in vivo, the mRNA levels of P450aromA and P450aromB, GtH IIb and GtHα.
