Abstract

On 12th May 2013, a specimen of Lobotes surinamensis (Lt = 342 mm, W = 845.32 g) was caught in Raša Bay (Northern Adriatic, southern coast of Istra Peninsula). This is the northernmost occurrence of this species in the Adriatic and Mediterranean Sea.
